Operations Manager
A successful Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of a hotel, ensuring that all areas of the business operation are managed to deliver exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel operations, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to prioritize a complex workload, balance executing and delivering results with a strategic focus on guest experience and revenue generation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth running of the hotel, managing all areas of the business operation and delivering exceptional guest service.
* Work proactively with Heads of Department and key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
* Implement strategies to identify, communicate, and deliver key hotel metrics.
* Effectively manage and review the life cycle of the team within the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
* Deliver the hotel budget and business plan, ensuring all areas of the hotel operation are controlled.
* Buid effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Review and scrutinize business operations, objectives, and best practices, providing recommendations to drive financial performance and add value.
* Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing follow-up as required.

* Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
