What your days will look like
You’ll help customers via:

* Email
You’ll support them with:
* Account questions
* Product and service issues
* Technical situations
* General inquiries
You’ll also:
* Document customer cases carefully
* Identify patterns and recurring issues
* Share market feedback and customer insights
* Help improve internal systems and processes
* Work closely with management and other departments

Requirements
What makes you a great fit
* Fluent German (spoken & written)
* Good English
* At least 1 year of customer support experience
* Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry
* Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends)
