About us
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. You have a flexible, committed and motivated personality with in-depth automotive experience, especially in the aftermarket sector
2. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Automotive Management
3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the automotive industry
4. Ideally, you have already gained experience at an authorized dealer or an independent workshop (chain)
5. You possess basic skills on Adobe creative cloud
6. Ideally, you possess digital marketing experience & online sales
7. Strong communication and storytelling skills
8. You have in-depth knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE products and technologies
9. You have very good analytical skills and reporting experience
10. You have gained extensive experience in the field of project management
11. You are open, extremely helpful and keep a cool head even in time-critical and stressful phases
12. You are fluent in written and spoken English
13. You have in-depth application experience of common MS Office applications
Your tasks
14. Coordinate all marketing and sales campaigns (in cooperation with Kia & Hyundai) as well as to expand and maintain our sales channels
15. You will accompany the campaigns from conception, approval procedures, budget planning, agency briefing and implementation to results control
16. Lead and create corporate external & Internal communications with strong focus on bulletins & social media
17. You will coordinate the creation of our marketing materials on a European level and ensure timely distribution and communication as well as timely implementation in our internal databases
18. You will develop new sales, pricing and communication strategies as well as additional sales channels
19. You will handle internal corporate communications & CI material alignment
