Job Title: M365 Endpoint Administrator & Support
\

Your key responsibilities include:\
\
\
1. Providing Level 2 support for complex incidents and serving as a backup for Level 1 support when needed.
\
2. Regular reporting to the IT Support Coordinator.
\
3. Servicing end-users with standard requests and incidents on a daily basis.
\
4. Assisting in the resolution of various types of support requests.
\
5. Monitoring systems to identify operational issues and manage system performance.
\
6. Working on production servers in a controlled, risk-aware manner.
\
7. Maintaining information system components' efficiency according to defined procedures and service levels.
\
8. Supporting other entities with daily system management tasks.
\
9. Helping end-users with standard services and applications.
\
10. Implementing solutions for business and IT infrastructure needs.
\
11. Offering high-quality support for any type of incident.
\
12. Ensuring that all operational procedures, monitoring, and support procedures are up-to-date and executed as required.
\
\
To be successful in this role, you should have:
\
\
\
13. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT related field.
\
14. A minimum of two years of experience supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints.
\
15. Knowledge and product experience with the entire Microsoft 365 suite.
\
16. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for performing various support and administrative tasks.
\
17. ITIL certification is preferred.
\
18. Strong communication and analytical skills.
\
19. Results-oriented, resistant to stress, and user-focused mindset.
\
20. Proactive, curious, flexible, and collaborative approach to solving incidents.
\
21. Excellent oral and written skills in English language.
\
\
