Your responsibilities
* Technical contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* Creation and specification of requirements for system adaptations
* Processing of tickets and assistance with support requests
* Analysis and optimization of existing processes and interfaces
* Participation in system migrations, updates and rollouts
* Coordination of external service providers and implementation partners
Your profile
* Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in the finance area
* Technical understanding of ERP architectures and financial processes
* Experience in IT support and system maintenance
* Strong team spirit and enjoyment of actively shaping change
