Our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division in Ratingen is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
">
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
">
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
">
* Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
">
* Submit monthly sales reports to the management and MELCO.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
Requirements:
">
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
">
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
">
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
">
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
">
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
">
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
">
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
