Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Precision Grinding Specialist (m/w/d) to operate cylindrical and surface grinding machines at our Ötisheim location. This full-time position involves day shifts with a weekly working time of 35 to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
* Independently set up and operate conventional guideway grinding machines, cylindrical grinding machines, and surface grinding machines.
* Perform precise grinding tasks while adhering strictly to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct thorough inspections of workpieces and initiate necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
* Collaborate closely with assembly and design teams to ensure smooth production processes.
* Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of grinding machines and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
Candidate Profile
* Completed vocational training as a grinder or a comparable qualification is required.
* Ideally, previous experience in grinding operations.
* Ability to work independently with high precision and attention to detail.
* Basic German language skills are advantageous.
* Manual dexterity and technical aptitude.
