Aufgaben
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will drive impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for the Management Service (MS) and Cyber Security (CS) business across the ASEAN region. Acting as the divisional marketing counterpart, you define priorities and translate those into locally relevant initiatives that resonate with target markets. You serve as the key marketing interface to the ASEAN leadership team, aligning business objectives with bold and effective execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you will also ensure synergies across marketing plans in the region, drive cross-selling opportunities and ensure a unified approach to the market. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the agility to deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing: Serve as the marketing advisor for MS and CS business across the ASEAN region and as the spokesperson for Business Assurance related topics. Align marketing initiatives with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
Regional Market insights: Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies and localization efforts. Provide regional insights into the global product marketing strategy.
MS & CS Content Strategy: Create or localize a compelling content strategy, including messaging frameworks and buyer personas, that align with value proposition and regional market needs. Ensure alignment and synergies with other businesses in ASEAN.
Market Activation: Conceptualize and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing CoE and Creative & Publishing Hub. Coordinate local tradeshows and customer events with the CPH to deliver on marketing objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Ensure that all campaigns are optimized for performance by monitoring KPIs and regularly reporting on the campaign effectiveness.
Cross-functional and ASEAN collaboration: Work closely with business teams and cross-functionally within Marketing to deliver cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Act as the regional coordinator to the ASEAN leadership team; as well as point of contact to the ASEAN BA Division.
Qualifikationen
Education and Experience
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
At least 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing, business partnering, strategic planning, product marketing, or similar roles in a global environment.
Proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with divisional goals across markets, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and effective campaigns.
Adept at tailoring communication to resonate with varied cultural contexts, facilitating strong relationships with stakeholders and alignment across international teams.
Analytical mindset to take data-informed decisions across multiple platforms.
Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments, fostering collaboration and effectively navigating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, financial processes, as well as resources effectively (moderation during peaks) delivering projects on time and within scope.
