Deine Aufgaben:
* Controlling & Reporting: Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie relevanter betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen. Regelmäßiges Reporting an Geschäftsführung, Board und Investor:innen.
* Board- und Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Aufbereitung und Präsentation finanzieller Informationen für Board-Meetings und Stakeholder-Briefings.
* Finanz- und Liquiditätsmanagement: Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Finanzstrategie inklusive Budget- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie Liquiditätssteuerung.
* Kostenoptimierung: Analyse und Bewertung der Betriebsergebnisse sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungspotenziale. Regelmäßige Forecast-Aktualisierung.
* Fördermittelmanagement: Steuerung der finanziellen Abwicklung geförderter Forschungs- und Kundenprojekte, inklusive Antragstellung, Prüfung von Bewilligungsbescheiden sowie Erstellung von Zwischen- und Endverwendungsnachweisen.
* Rechnungswesen & Compliance: Steuerung und Kontrolle von Finanzbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung, Forderungsmanagement und Zahlungsverkehr.
* Schnittstellenfunktion: Ansprechpartner:in für Banken, Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Fördergeber:innen.
Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controlling-Bereich, idealerweise in einem technologieorientierten Unternehmen oder Start-up
* Hohe Genauigkeit, analytisches Denken und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Investor:innen, Stakeholdern und öffentlichen Fördermittelgeber:innen
* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Controlling- und Reporting-Tools
* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch (C-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Your tasks:
* Controlling & Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as relevant key business figures. Regular reporting to management, board and investors.
* Board and stakeholder communication: Preparation and presentation of financial information for board meetings and stakeholder briefings.
* Financial and liquidity management: Development and implementation of our financial strategy including budget and capacity planning as well as liquidity management.
* Cost optimization: Analysis and evaluation of operating results and derivation of specific optimization potential. Regular forecast updates.
* Funding management: Managing the financial processing of funded research and customer projects, including submitting applications, reviewing approval notices and preparing interim and final reports.
* Accounting & Compliance: Management and control of financial accounting, cost accounting, receivables management and payment transactions.
* Interface function: Contact person for banks, tax consultants, auditors and funding bodies.
Your profile:
* Completed studies in finance, controlling, business administration or similar
* Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling, ideally in a technology-oriented company or start-up
* High level of accuracy, analytical thinking and a strong understanding of business contexts
* Experience in working with investors, stakeholders and public funding bodies
* Confident handling of common controlling and reporting tools
* Very good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken German and English (C-level)
* Structured, independent way of working and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
* No personnel responsibility required - this is a staff position with direct contact to the management
