Our client, a Global Bank, is currently recruiting a Vice President for their Capital Structuring & Advisory team, based in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of reliable technical analysis concerning many facets of broader corporate finance concepts, including credit ratings, debt capacity, mergers / disposals, IPO implications etc.
* Production of customer-facing output materials in close collaboration and under guidance from the Team Head.
* Creation of the technical and research-backbone to support the analytical appraisal of corporate finance enquiries
* MiFID Knowledge and Competence: In Scope
* Provide information to clients on the Bank's products and services, including investment banking products
Key Skills Required:
* Experience in producing / navigating corporate financial models, including handling of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow inputs
* Experience in ascertaining different capital structure components, including senior and junior debt components
* Some experience in applying rating agency methodology
