Market Research Executive Position
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our research team as a Market Research Executive.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the execution and management of market research projects. You will take ownership of project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights, and collaborate closely with our Data Processing and Field Organisation Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Contact and Proposal Development:
o Define project specifications with clients, including methodology, key questions, timelines, and collaboration requirements.
o Summarize all elements in clear and concrete project proposals.
* Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with our fieldwork team and IT department, coordinating all necessary steps for successful project execution and oversight.
* Reporting:
o Work with our Data Processing team on required analyses: cross-tabulations, data files, multivariate analyses, etc.
o Interpret survey results and summarize them in reports and presentations for clients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in market research (agency or client-side) preferred.
* Skills: comfort working with figures and data, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, passion for research and curiosity about people, brands, and markets.
* Languages: Fluency in French is a must, proficiency in English, Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
* IT Tools: Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
