Stream Lead / IT Business Partner (m/w/d) Corporate Functions
We’re looking for an engaging IT Business Partner to represent the interface between commercial business units and Process / Systems / Digitalisation in a global automotive logistics company. The role is based in Kirchheim/Teck and is available full‑time.

Key Responsibilities
* Represent the interface between commercial business units and the Process / Systems / Digitalisation organization.
* Act as the first point of contact and lead project execution for upcoming initiatives within your area.
* Drive IT process development for Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Purchasing and other cross‑cutting functions and implement them together with the Delivery team.
* Oversee authorisation, FIORI apps, E‑Invoicing, digital workflows and customising activities in SAP S/4HANA as part of project and day‑to‑day operations.
* Capture requirements, narrow focus with your colleagues and steer end‑to‑end delivery from commercial business units while constantly monitoring business value.
Qualifications
* Fundamental knowledge in finance and controlling topics with a strong business mindset.
* Experience in ERP processes – preferably within SAP systems – and a holistic understanding of their interdependencies.
* Project management experience or a strong enthusiasm for project management.
* Team player who supports colleagues beyond the “tisch gedeckt” border.
* Willingness to learn and to dive into new areas without hesitation.
* Responsible, self‑motivated and takes ownership to solve problems and drive implementation.
* Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
