Role: Analyst/Associate – Asset Manager Location: Berlin Salary: Highly Competitive Bonus Overview We are working with a leading pan-European industrial real estate investment and development platform. The firm manages over €4bn of assets across major European markets and is expanding its team in Berlin. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of industrial and logistics properties, driving value through leasing, active asset management, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive income growth through leasing initiatives and wider asset management strategies. Reduce vacancy rates by working with leasing agents, sourcing occupiers, and closing lease transactions. Lead negotiations from initial enquiry to final agreement, coordinating with solicitors on legal documentation. Build strong relationships with brokers, occupiers, government officials, and other stakeholders to strengthen market presence. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials for current and upcoming vacancies. Conduct regular market and property reviews to assess supply/demand dynamics and competitor positioning. Coordinate with internal teams across investments, finance, design, legal, and marketing functions throughout the deal lifecycle. Review and analyse asset reports including CapEx projections, rent rolls, and accounting files. Contribute to asset strategy, financial reporting, and budgeting. Manage and oversee third-party property managers. Candidate Profile Proven experience in leasing and asset management, including financial analysis (DCF modelling), LOI/lease negotiation, and liaising with solicitors. Confident presenting market insights and transaction recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Industrial and logistics experience strongly preferred; candidates with office/retail park leasing backgrounds also considered. Experience with large-scale CapEx or refurbishment projects desirable. Based in Germany with an existing brokerage network preferred; relocation considered for fluent German speakers. Native/fluent German with strong English communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems. Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across properties and company locations.
