For our Commercials team, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/x). In your position, you will keep a close eye on the company’s success and goals and be the right contact person for our buying and service teams in all commercial matters. Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Maintaining an overview of commercial figures and supporting teams with monthly and annual planning
* Participating in cost planning and continuous target/actual comparison, including the identification of potential savings
* Gathering and providing data and key figures to ensure data-based decision-making
* Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
* Leading and developing your support team
* Contributing to and developing controlling processes, methods, reports and tools
* Collaborating on international projects in the areas of data reporting and analytics
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Successfully completed academic degree
* Several years of professional experience in the areas of reporting and analytics, planning or controlling
* Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in leading and motivating a team
* Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for testing and implementing innovative approaches
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a head for business and a passion for numbers and figures
* Enjoyment in developing department-internal topics and participating in cross-departmental projects
* Professional fluency in German and English
