Aufgaben
* Acting as a Finance Business Partner, you support the CUSTOMER function, including Central Marketing, Pricing, Loyalty (e.g. Friends programs), and Omnichannel Excellence with a strong focus on online shops
* You ensure end-to-end financial steering and transparency, while supporting and constructively challenging stakeholders through data-driven insights
* Planning, forecasting, month-end closing reporting and performance analysis across marketing and digital channels are driven by you, with a clear focus on ROI and efficiency improvements
* You take ownership of KPIs, reporting structures and the monitoring of marketing spend on group level, pricing strategies, and loyalty economics
* Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive identification of risks and opportunities are part of your role
Profil
* You bring relevant experience in controlling, ideally within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field forms your academic background
* Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights distinguish you
* You have gained initial know-how with SAP applications (SAP FI, SAP AfO, SAC)
* Experience in business partnering or working closely with stakeholders is a plus
* A high affinity for digital business models and omnichannel environments, along with solid Excel/BI skills, is part of your toolkit
* You are fluent in German and English
