Responsibilities
* You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift).
* You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests.
* You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period.
* You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks
* You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
* You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines.
* You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
* You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
Requirements
* Completed training as a hotel specialist and / or relevant professional experience
* A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
* A high level of initiative and sales talent
* Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
* Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
* Legal right to work in Italy
