Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including the implementation and optimization of relevant tools
Steer cross-functional project teams, define priorities, and ensure sustainable execution of improvement measures
Develop and implement best-practice models based on strong data analysis and system expertise
Design and roll out training and change-management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
Several years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design, and implementation within operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (particularly Source-to-Pay), as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrated project management experience in implementing global processes, standards, and transformation initiatives
Fluent in German and English
