Your Tasks
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Hardware-Beschaffung suchen wir eine engagierte studentische Hilfskraft.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
1. Durchführung von Beschaffungsprozessen für Hardware und Software
2. Kommunikation mit Vendoren sowie internen Anwender:innen
3. Management des digitalen Posteingangs und Dispatching von Tickets
4. Technische Beratung zu Hardware-Komponenten
5. Weiterentwicklung des Hardware-Standardkatalogs
6. Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Beschaffungsprozesse
Your Qualifications
7. Laufendes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
8. Strukturierte, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
9. Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT‑Umfeld wünschenswert
10. Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an Hardware- und Beschaffungsprozessen
11. Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
12. Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere in der Abstimmung mit Vendoren und internen Anwender:innen
