We are looking for an independent, responsible and dedicated Partner’s Assistant for our Heidelberg office to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.What you can expect:Supporting our team for 20-40 hours per weekEnsuring the smooth running of the partner’s department as a reliable and independent assistantPreparing presentationsOrganising eventsManaging and keeping track of e-mail inboxes and telephone callsWriting up correspondenceBooking and invoicing business trips and other appointmentsYour profile:Relevant professional experience in a (legal) consulting firm doing similar workIndependent, dependable and flexible working styleExcellent organisational skillsVery strong command of GermanStrong written and spoken English skills are advantageous but not necessaryProficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and ExcelReady for your next career move?We’re excited to meet talented people who share our passion for excellence.
