Your tasks
In this diverse and responsible role, you will support the PO1C sub-project managers in all aspects of international project execution. Your main tasks include:
10. Project support and coordination: Proactive support of the sub-project managers in all aspects of operational project management, as well as efficient coordination and alignment with all project participants.
11. Contract and order management: Professional preparation of upcoming order negotiations as well as structured order preparation and subsequent continuous monitoring.
12. Document and quality management: Consistent document tracking (tracking of customer documents), test planning, and thorough report preparation as part of the Factory Acceptance Test.
13. Supplier and deadline monitoring: Reliable tracking of supplier deadlines, creation of the Monthly Progress Report, and verification of supplier information for component manuals and general project support.
Your profile
They are characterized by a structured, independent work style and are willing to contribute to complex energy projects. The following qualifications round out their profile:
14. Education: Successfully completed technical training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
15. Professional experience: Several years of sound professional experience in technical project assistance for large international plants, ideally in the energy generation or energy transmission sector.
16. IT skills: In-depth and confident user knowledge of AutoCAD and the common MS Office products, especially very good knowledge of Excel.
17. Language skills: Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good communication skills in English for international project correspondence.
18. Personality: A high degree of initiative, strong team orientation and excellent communication skills.
