Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Your ResponsibilitiesAs Application Engineer (m/f/d) for our V93000 SOC ATE system you are primarily responsible to support our installed base customers with following main responsibilities:
Provide application development support of SOC test systems to customersInitiate and develop test methodologies and solutions for customer's SOC devicesDevelop test program and design hardware interface for SOC devices on V93kOptimize test program to reduce test time and increase fault coverageSolve engineering and production problems for customersDocument all projects and intellectual knowledgeCommunicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirementsCollaborate with colleagues from application development team, division, field personnel for project implementationThis may involve frequent travels in Europe, occasionally in Far East or USA.
Your QualificationsUniversity Degree in Electronic Engineering3-5 years' relevant experience in semiconductor test businessProven experience in digital, mixed signal and RF test development and debug using ATE platforms.Demonstrated experience with Java programming languageBasic knowledge in operating systems (Linux in general)Hardware design load board / probe card (preferred)Good communication and presentation skills for internal as well as for customer facing activitiesDemonstrated troubleshooting skillsAbility and motivation to work in project teams in a global environmentAbility to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressureFluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred) language skills
