What you´ll build
Description:
We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) to support our process management activities within the SAP Cloud Infrastructure. In this role, you will help analyze, document, and optimize operational and technical processes that support the delivery of scalable and reliable cloud services.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze existing processes related to cloud infrastructure operations
2. Document workflows, procedures, and best practices
3. Support the optimization and standardization of processes
4. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams
5. Assist in defining KPIs and monitoring process performance

10. Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

14. Working from office (in Dresden) is required at least once a week
Where you belong
The Global Cloud Infrastructure and Delivery PlusOne Compute unit builds and runs the infrastructure for SAPs Cloud and builds the foundation for a data sovereign cloud across the globe. Our team, IaaS Support, focuses on any operations related to customers with non-SAP workload and regulated industries.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
