This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic People team, working across various talent programs that we're developing and delivering. As part of our team, you'll contribute to activating our talent programs with various employee audiences, help develop engaging learning & development activities and support the coordination of important People Leader events such as our Quarterly People Leader Day and monthly People Leader sessions. Initially, you'll also provide support in our recruitment operations though this aspect of the role will evolve as we transition to a new hiring system with enhanced capabilities.
