Assistant to Legal & Compliance (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* You are responsible for supporting the EMEA Legal & Compliance Department and managing programs, projects, and priorities as directed by the Director of the Department
* Preparing and coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
* You collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of compliance documentation
* You create presentations, reports, and support internal communications
* Acting as a central point of contact, you engage professionally and confidentially with internal and external stakeholders, including law firms, regulators, and business partners
* You support cross-functional projects and initiatives led by the Director and track project timelines, milestones, and status updates
Your Profile
* You have proven experience in a similar administrative or assistant role – ideally within a legal, compliance, or corporate environment
* You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills and work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information is second nature to you
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English complete your profile
