Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our global sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for selling software solutions to new customers and expanding our presence in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise potential B2B customers on the advantages of our software solution and sell through qualified leads and outbound activities.
* Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial pitch to contract conclusion.
* Collaborate with Solution Engineers or Professional Service teams to provide expert advice and close deals.
* Achieve forecasted sales targets and meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Present software solutions at industry events and trade fairs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification.
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS/Software Sales.
* Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
* Fluent German and excellent English skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment with high personal responsibility and self-motivation.
* Familiarity with the DACH market and existing network of contacts in this region, as well as experience with Salesforce.
About Our Team:
Our dynamic sales organization consists of over 100 employees across multiple locations globally. You will join our global Sales Professional team, reporting directly to the Regional Director for the DACH region, and collaborate with a focused team of 10 within that region.
