Your tasks
10. Contact person and advisor for managers in a defined support area in all HR-relevant issues along the value chain: personnel planning, recruitment, management and development
11. Supporting and advising managers on all HR-related issues.
12. Managing and supporting organizational changes and change processes
13. Advice on collective and individual employment law issues
14. Trusting and active cooperation with HR expert teams, HR service providers and employee representatives
15. Supporting the implementation of HR and corporate strategy and corporate culture as a driver and multiplier
16. Optimization of processes
Your profile
17. Completed university degree in business administration, law or psychology with a focus on personnel management
18. Several years of professional experience in operational personnel management
19. Experience in opportunity management
20. Knowledge of SAP HCM
21. Knowledge of labor law
22. Good consulting skills
23. Organizational development
