Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other potential partners.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fluorescence dye industry.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and increase share gain and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
* Strong years of experience in the biochemical markets or a related field, with a preference of selling into fluorescent dye industry.
* Proven track record in business development or sales, with the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
* Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
* Fluency in English and German.
