Transforming innovation is at the core of what we do. Our teams thrive on driving progress and excellence in medical technology.
A unique work environment brings together expertise and team spirit, supported by a special ownership structure and a long-term goal to bring science and society into the future together.
Diversity is integral to who we are, welcoming applications from people with diverse backgrounds, regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion, philosophy of life, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.
For over 100 years, our medical technology has been advancing vision care and microsurgery. Solutions help maintain and improve people's vision at every stage of their lives, enabling targeted interventions on diseased tissue so that small and sensitive organs continue to function optimally.
