Title: Sales Executive
Location: Hamburg, Germany (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities within the German market. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads to support the growth of our portfolio/ customer in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, rail, and industrial engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across the German sector.
* Present AXISCADES services and capabilities, including design, stress analysis, manufacturing engineering, digital solutions, and more.
* Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified leads for follow-up by senior sales or technical teams.
* Build an understanding of prospective needs and align our service offerings accordingly.
* Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in CRM tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune messaging based on feedback from the German market.
* Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in cold calling or sales development, preferably for the German market.
* Fluent in German (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection confidently.
* Knowledge of German business culture and etiquette.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
