* Offer guidance and support to leaders and employees during significant change and transition periods.
* Talent Development:
* Identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans for succession planning and readiness for critical roles.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent aligned with the company's values and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience and proven success in a similar role, preferably supporting engineering organizations at European level, with a focus on Germany and Eastern Europe.
* Demonstrated expertise in general employment law, company HR policies, and processes.
* Key Skills:
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, especially in sensitive situations.
* Ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
