We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our APAC team, with a primary focus on developing our Australia and New Zealand markets. This is a mix of new account business development and account management where the Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of current key accounts with the objective of growing our market share and revenues in Australia and New Zealand, in particular, but with opportunities in the APAC region.
Key Skills Required
* Target new business opportunities across multiple sectors/industries - Tier 1/2 Financial Services, Utilities, Telco, Professional Services, Education, etc)
* New business / account management hybrid role. Hunter mindset with the ability to develop long lasting genuine relationships.
* Achievement of revenue targets
* Internal and external key stakeholder management
* Development of strategic account and territory plans
* Commercial and legal contractual negotiation
* Primary contact for our high priority partners and clients – ensuring their needs are proactively met
* Responsibility for the generation of pipeline of enterprise opportunities within APAC
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with your key accounts, (existing and new)
* Achieve annual and quarterly key performance indicators (KPI’s) and revenue target
* Deliver personalised product pitches to potential partners/clients.
* Provide consultative services to TransferMate’s sales and services teams.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
* Experience selling Financial Products or Enterprise SaaS (or Software) products in a full quota carrying role.
* 5+ years of proven success working for technology vendor/fintech/financial organization selling enterprise soluti
* Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing accounts, having ideally previously sold the likes of SaaS / Payments / FinTech / Data / Information Services etc.
* Experience with mid to long sales cycles with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities at any one time.
* Ability to sell a broad range of solutions into a wide range of decision makers.
* Ability to create strategic account and territory development plans
* Extremely consultative approach to business development
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Experience selling a B2B solution involving a degree of multi-stakeholder selling
* Motivated, enthusiastic, determined to succeed
* Value-based selling mindset is critical
* Proven ability and success closing enterprise size deals
* Referenced examples of large net new and key account growth deals you closed
* Exceptional written and verbal skills is a must
