Your tasks Establish and technically/disciplinarily lead the E/E Verification & Validation team Develop and implement methods for ensuring product quality through V&V Take responsibility for creating and executing vehicle test specifications aligned with system requirements Define reusable test automation solutions within advanced testing environments Coordinate internal & external partners for V&V Establish necessary technical competencies and resources for vehicle test verification methods and strategies Your profile Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience within an automotive OEM or tier-1 supplier, e.g., as a test manager (m/f/d) or head (m/f/d) in vehicle testing Good understanding of common cybersecurity and safety standards in the automotive industry (ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 21448, etc.) Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle time-critical situations Independent, structured work approach coupled with a strong emphasis on quality Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Leadership experience, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken About us HOLON is one of the first vehicle manufacturers for autonomous movers with the standards and scaling potential that we know from the automotive industry. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers. The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers.
