Our organization is currently recruiting a Senior Retail Director.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance team to drive business growth, ensuring financial targets are met, and managing the department's operational efficiency.
* Organising, supervising, and developing retail and commercial activities while working with external partners to enrich and diversify our offering.
* Ensuring smooth cooperation with external partners to coordinate and improve retail operations.
Additionally, the Senior Retail Director will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed reports provided by business partners, analysing customer behaviour and data to identify opportunities for product and service development, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team leadership, recruiting, organising, training, and developing a high-performance team.
* Budget management, preparing, and managing the department's budget.
* Commercial operations and retail, organizing, supervising, and developing retail and catering activities.
* Customer experience and business analysis, preparing and managing detailed reports.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or relevant experience in a similar position.
* 10 years' proven experience in sales, with proven experience in a leadership role in retail or business development.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience of managing budgets, teams, and cross-functional projects, and ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and innovation.
