Title: Clinical Admin/Data Coordinator Company: Global CRO Location: Fully on-site - Leipzig, Saxony, Germany FTE: until 31st December 2025 - full-time Planet Pharma is partnered with a leading CRO who are urgently seeking for a Clinical Admin/Data Coordinator to work on a hospital site to support our clinical research and administrative operations. This onsite role involves handling clinical documentation, data entry, coordinating communications (via phone and email), and supporting a range of administrative functions essential to the smooth running of clinical trials and patient-facing activities. Main Responsibilities: Handle, organize, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements Perform accurate and timely data entry into clinical trial management systems and databases Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including communication with trial participants, medical staff, and external stakeholders Support coordination of clinical trial activities, including appointment scheduling and follow-up Assist with filing, photocopying, and general administrative support related to clinical operations Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all documentation and communication Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient site operations Main Requirements: Clinical Research Data admin related experience (ideal) At least any medical background experience or familiar with basic medical nomenclature and general procedures in clinical environment (eg. any hospital or clinic admin work experience).
