Job Summary
:
The Senior Coordinator Facility Management is responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of facility services across multiple sites in Germany, with a primary focus on Alzenau and the Rhine-Main region. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and service quality through effective vendor management and internal stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage facility operations at Alzenau and two additional sites in the Rhine-Main area
2. Provide remote support to other German sites with occasional travel
3. Coordinate facility services (e.g., cleaning, catering, mail, crane systems, shelving, DGUV-V3 inspections)
4. Oversee external facility service providers (IFM), including performance evaluation via KPIs
5. Act as liaison between internal customers and external vendors
6. Advise on procurement, maintenance, and commissioning of technical systems and equipment
7. Handle disruptions, warranty issues, and escalations
8. Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines (IQMS)
9. Support budget planning and monitoring
10. Maintain documentation in CAFM systems (e.g., TriRiga, Maximo)
11. Organize internal relocations
12. Conduct site inspections to identify and implement repair measures
13. Collaborate with EHS to uphold environmental, health, and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
14. Degree in Facility Management or technical training (e.g., electrical, HVAC, mechanical) with further qualification as technician/master and additional certification in Facility or Building Management
15. Several years of experience in Facility Management, ideally in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
16. Project management experience
17. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CAFM systems; CAD knowledge is a plus
18. Fluent in German; good command of English (written and spoken)
19. Independent, structured, and service-oriented work style with strong interpersonal skills
