As our communications and marketing talent, you will play a key role in transforming the latest insights on energy storage and trading strategies into compelling communication and marketing materials. From crafting clear messaging to developing content that promotes our products as essential drivers of the energy transition, your work will help shape how our brand is perceived. You will collaborate closely with our Communication and Marketing team – currently Pia and Amelie – and have the space to contribute your own ideas, take ownership of projects, and actively drive the visibility and success of our company.

What you will be doing:
* Create and manage social media content: design eye-catching graphics, short videos and carousel posts for LinkedIn, and write compelling captions that resonate with our audience.
* Drive community engagement: monitor comments and messages, respond promptly, run quick polls or Q&A sessions to build authentic interaction.
* Support our thought leadership and content marketing campaigns – draft blog articles, newsletter teasers or one-pagers, translating technical insights into a clear, engaging copy.
* Support event marketing – help planning events, prepare branded materials (e.g. banners, digital handouts) and craft post-event recap posts.
* Assist PR activities – help us with press releases and articles.
* Track and report on metrics – gather key KPIs (likes, shares, click-throughs), create summaries and propose data-driven optimizations.
Requirements:
* You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, media, public relations, language studies, political communication, or a related field—and you’re passionate about turning ideas into impactful messages. Prior hands-on experience (e.g. internships or student jobs) is a plus but not required.
* You are genuinely interested in technology and innovation – and motivated to understand complex energy-related topics. Whether it's energy trading, battery storage or the energy transition as a whole: you are excited to make these topics accessible to others.
* You love working with text: crafting punchy social media captions, crisp blog snippets and web copy that distills complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
* You have an eye for design and love creating striking social media visuals, whether it’s custom graphics, animated stories, or carousels that make our posts stand out in feeds.
* You’re eager to explore every corner of marketing from content marketing, social media strategies, PR and (online) events and love taking on small project modules to learn and grow.
* You are a team player with strong communication skills, take initiative, and enjoy organizing your own work in a structured and reliable way.
* You feel confident using standard tools like MS Office or Google Workspace. Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or other design and communication tools is a plus, but not a must.
* You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written – and you enjoy using language with precision and creativity.
The hiring process has been outlined within a preliminary timeframe:
* Application Phase: 25 July - 22 August (this includes a Cultural Fit Interview with HR & a Interview with the PR & Communication Team)
* Case Study Phase: 22 - 29 August
* On-site Interview: 01 - 05 September
