Your tasks
8. Preparation / adaptation of design documents (technical calculations, drawings, parts lists, material ordering texts, assembly cards, preparatory work for technical documentation and RAMS / LCC, etc.) for the railroad gearbox service
9. Responsibility for the on-time delivery of all necessary design documents / cost optimization within the project specifications
10. Technical contact for internal specialist departments / interfaces (e.g. purchasing, processing, assembly)
11. Preparation of design drafts for simple customer-specific solutions, taking into account the specified production technology for the rail gearbox service, if necessary with support from the new design department
12. Development of simple technical solution proposals in the event of repairs (project planning with minor adjustments) for the railroad gearbox service
Your profile
13. Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in design
14. Advanced knowledge of design software, especially SIEMENS NX
15. Advanced knowledge of Office
16. Basic knowledge of ERP software, especially SAP and product development processes
17. Fluency in written and spoken German is required as well as a good command of English
18. Product knowledge in the field of gearboxes and couplings for rail drives desirable
