To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated
Your role
* This role reports to the LVP Legal Affairs EMEA and Global Privacy Officer
* Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region
* Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts
* Work on projects related to Competition Law
* Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
* Collating billing information
* Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents
* Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out
* Conducting legal research
Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a wide range of PQE experience
* Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment
* Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law preferential
* Experience in data privacy is a plus but not a must
* Willingness to communicate (verbally and in writing) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
* Business English essential
* Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic business approach
* Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business’s needs
