As a Construction Area Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the compliant execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects comprehensively for specific areas of plants and factories.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the construction management of industrial high-tech projects
* Overall responsibility for timely, high-quality, and cost-effective construction execution within a section of the building or fire compartment
* First point of contact for our customers, providing technical advice, conducting meetings, and corresponding with subcontractors
* Leading the project team and subcontractors
* Scheduling and monitoring construction progress
* Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
* Conducting site inspections and inspections for acceptance
* Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
Show Your Expertise
* Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience in construction supervision across various trades on large-scale projects
* Experience in industrial or plant construction, particularly within the semiconductor or battery industry is preferred, but not required
* Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
* Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
* Intercultural competence, teamwork, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level) to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
* German driver's license class B
