In our Broadcasting and Video Production, you will serve as a team member in designing and optimising live and recorded production infrastructure to support internal and external communication teams, as well as cross-functional campaigns and products. You will collaborate with creative and technical ownership and pioneer innovative broadcasting solutions, Collaborating within a global team, you will thrive in high-pressure environments to deliver flawless live and recorded projects.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
* Develop, Plan and Manage all audio topics regarding broadcasting and pre-recording productions. Setting up and testing audio equipment. Coordinate and arrange with team members. Execute highly focused internal and external broadcasting events
* Develop and maintain documentation of broadcasting audio solutions for the team and stakeholders.
* Design and update "How To" for Zalando employees. Some stakeholder training or support might be required.
* Investigate new audio solutions to provide the latest solutions to be implemented at Zalando
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
* 5 years of experience as an audio engineer in the broadcasting industry.
* Highly skilled sound editor using Fairlight in DaVinci Resolve
* Knowledge of working with Dante, NDI, CoreCloud, and Propresenter.
* Experience working collaboratively with other teams on live and recorded video productions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with multiple internal and external partners.
* Proficient in English and German.
