IT Business Process Inhouse Consultant – Customer Services / Plant Maintenance (d / f / m) Location: Fully Remote Our Clients They are looking for an experienced IT Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and / or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Candidates should come ideally from large production companies with well-established Customer Service / After Sales / Plant Maintenance process landscapes. Summary In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to map, improve, and modernise business processes—particularly in preparation for the transition to S / 4HANA. A key focus will be the global redesign and harmonisation of Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
