You define and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share within diverse customer segments including Enterprise/Key Accounts, Resellers, and Domain Investors You manage offer development for new and existing customers, optimizing processes and tools for offer management, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot, and steering and controlling the offer management process You conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product development, marketing, and sales goals You monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition What do we offer? You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field You have 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, preferably in the Information Technology /Technology industry You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously You are a team player with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
