Job Overview
The Senior Business Change Manager will play a key role in the implementation of a dedicated investor lifecycle management platform. This transformational project aims to deploy a platform for managing investor records and securing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and configure workflow management tools to optimize the Target Operating Model (TOM)
* Support the implementation of the platform and migrate existing business onto it
* Maintain the configuration of the platform according to internal requirements, business rules, and regulatory needs
* Collaborate with IT teams to perform system, integration data migration testing, and release management
* Develop and maintain procedures to support configuration activities in the platform and other connected applications
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent in IT or finance/economics
* 5-10 years' experience in software configuration (low code), especially lifecycle/workflow management tools
* Experience in application support or technical helpdesk; alternatively as business analyst
* Understanding of compliance/AML/KYC in the UCITS and/or Alternative Funds industry, with specific knowledge of local AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg or other jurisdictions an advantage
