Royal Enfield DACH is seeking an experienced Service Parts/ Logistics Specialist to oversee the end-to-end management of non-motorcycles operations. Collaboration with IT, finance, and logistics teams is essential for streamlining operations and improving the non-motorcycles supply chain. Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor stock quality, manage replenishments (periodic orders and Vehicle O Road (VOR) orders to Central Warehouse, EMEA.), Dealer Relations and Support: Act as the primary contact for dealers regarding non-motorcycles issues escalation. Provide comprehensive support, training, and guidance, including for new dealer development and initial stock management;
Data Managementand Reporting: Manage large datasets in Excel, proficient in functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Price and Master Data Management: Define non-motorcycles pricing strategies in collaboration with finance (market study and benchmarking competitors Non-motorcycles price), and maintain master data in SAP in coordination with the Master Data Management Team;
Warehouse Interaction and Process Support: Regularly visit the Central Warehouse EMEA for space efficiency improvements. Process Optimization and IT Coordination: Collaborate with IT for SAP optimization, process development, and resolving order issues. Ensure proactive international business management and continuous system improvements;
Fluent speaking in German and English
Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, in Logistics, or a related field relevant to the role.
Supply Chain and Logistics Expertise: Solid understanding and experience in supply chain management, including logistics and inventory control.
IT Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant IT systems like SAP, and skills in data management and analysis.
Automotive Industry Experience is advantageous
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Skills in managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and various stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Advanced IT and Data Analysis Skills: Advanced proficiency in IT systems and data analytics tools, aiding in more sophisticated management of operations and decision-making.
International Business Exposure: Experience in handling international operations or dealing with a global supply chain, which can be valuable for a company with international dealings like Royal Enfield.
