Description Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care, is seeking an experienced Transformation Director to drive strategic, operational, organizational and digital transformations across its operations in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading change management initiatives that enhance the company’s efficiency, innovation, and customer experience while ensuring alignment with global strategies. As the Transformation Director, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing our company-wide transformation initiatives. You will be part of the German Leadership Team and will report directly to the Germany GM. You will collaborate closely with various teams, to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs. Responsibilities: Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience. Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on transformation, change management, or strategic consulting. Experience in the healthcare, retail, or technology sectors is a plus. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams through change. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Bilingual: proficiency in English and preferably German is required.
