* Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Europe.
You will promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to the data center sector and other industries. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
About You:
* You have experience selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* You possess at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably focusing on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* A technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be beneficial.
* You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* You are results-driven and proactive in identifying client needs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You can work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* You are fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
