Job Summary

To support our Flex Europe team, we are currently looking for a Business Administratorlocated in Stuttgart, DE. Reporting into the Europe Business Unit leader, the new Business Administrator will proactively streamline operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and enable effective executive decision-making.


What a typical day looks like:

1. Supporting senior leadership with administrative, operational, and project coordination tasks.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.

3. Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external use.

4. Facilitating meetings, tracking follow-up actions, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.

5. Monitoring shipments and key milestones to ensure customer commitments are met without delays.

6. Identifying and driving small process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, or timelines.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

7. Background in business operations, project coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

9. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Comfortable collaborating across teams and interacting with all levels of the organization.

11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience creating executive-ready materials.

12. Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
