In this role, you will be responsible for global supplier management in accordance with international standards and business requirements of the MedTech Business Unit. Your Assignments: Develop, adapt, and continuously improve global SOPs for the MedTech Business Unit Support and monitor execution of the annual audit program for worldwide supplier assessments Support supplier selection, qualification, maintenance, and development Contribute to the preparation of management reports on defined KPIs for supplier evaluation Draft, negotiate, and manage global quality agreements Review and approve quality criteria for materials and services provided by global suppliers Manage and further develop the global supplier management system for MedTech Your Profile: Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supplier management or quality management; experience in medical devices is an advantage Knowledge of supplier audits and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDD, MDR, FDA) Proficient in MS Office 365, SAP (including Ariba), SharePoint, DIMS Strong analytical and structured working style combined with excellent organizational skills Excellent team player with strong communication skills Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel This position can be based in Germany or France.
