We are partnering with a global industrial organization to identify a Director of International Marketing to lead and evolve marketing strategy across Europe, Asia, India, and South America. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence, responsible for shaping global brand positioning, driving demand generation, and enabling sustainable growth across international markets.
This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, and HR, to deliver a consistent, market-driven approach to branding, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution—while accelerating digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
* Marketing leadership experience within B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
* Proven experience leading international or multi-regional marketing strategies.
* Strong background in brand strategy, demand generation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
* Ability to leverage Voice of Customer (VoC), market research, and performance analytics to shape strategy and investment decisions.
* Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
