We are on the lookout for a Director, Product Analytics to join the Global Consumer team on our journey to deliver an amazing experience for our consumers worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analytics function of the three “Global Consumer” tribes:
* Consumer Discovery: which builds our global search & recommendations services
* Consumer Insights & Marketing Technologies: which creates solutions to drive customer acquisition and retention
* Consumer Strategy: which supports the development of all our consumer apps and ensures we’re maximizing the ROI of our investments there
As a member of our Global Consumer Product leadership teams, you will play a central role in driving data-driven decision making within DH. In your day to day, you will be working closely with your product peers and your team to support our analytical needs, improve our A/B testing methodologies and evaluate future areas of investment.

* Lead and mentor a team of ~10 product analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Develop and oversee analytics frameworks for Consumer Discovery (Search & Recommendations), Consumer technology (Marketing optimization tools, Customer segmentation) and other Consumer product related topics.
* Run our A/B testing operations to assess product changes and optimize conversion rates.
* Define and track key product and business metrics, ensuring data is used to measure and drive success.
* Establish best practices for data governance and self-service analytics, making insights accessible and actionable across the organization.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
* Own the development of dashboards, reporting systems, and predictive models, ensuring teams have real-time insights to make informed decisions.

Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
* Strong background in A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation frameworks.
* Expertise in SQL, R, and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Sigma.
* Proven ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field required; Master's or MBA preferred
* Background in ranking &/or performance marketing optimization a strong plus
* Background in B2B SaaS or the travel industry is a strong plus.
